For Unionized Employers
We support collective bargaining and negotiation strategy, process design, documentation, and negotiation management. We help prepare for grievances and arbitration, and train leaders and managers to work in represented environments.
For Nonunion Employers
We support employee relations and workplace strategy through a labor relations lens. Work may include manager preparation, employee rights awareness, and scenario-based learning about how responsibilities and daily operations may change in a represented workplace.
Handbooks and Policies
We review and update handbooks and workplace policies tied to labor relations. Where a collective bargaining agreement is silent, we examine whether handbook provisions apply. We flag proposed changes affecting represented employees for bargaining review.
How We Work
Dex works directly with clients. He organizes relevant source material, separates confirmed facts from open questions, and turns the work into preparation, training, and operating handoffs. With an employer's authorization, he may represent it in bargaining. When legal analysis is needed, he coordinates with labor counsel.
